SEDAR Filer Manual

The SEDAR Filer Manual sets out the standards, procedures and guidelines to be used by electronic filers and filing agents when they prepare electronic format documents and transmit them to the securities regulatory authorities using the SEDAR system. It assumes familiarity with the securities regulatory process, including national and local rules.

The SEDAR Filer Manual is incorporated by reference in the SEDAR National Instrument, adopted by the CSA, and its requirements are legally enforced by the Canadian securities regulators.
