SEDAR National Instrument

The SEDAR National Instrument 13-101 has been adopted by the Canadian Securities Administrators to implement electronic filing of securities documents with the Canadian securities regulatory authorities using the SEDAR system. The SEDAR National Instrument has been implemented in each jurisdiction in Canada as a rule, regulation or other appropriate instrument. In certain cases, the implementing jurisdiction has made one or more changes to the provisions of the National Instrument creating exceptions to the application of the National Instrument in that jurisdiction.

Effective September 7, 1999, amendments to National Instrument 13-101 came into force.
